  • Ekaterina Khalimon
    Head of the Programme
    Ph.D, Associate Professor of the Project Management Department at the State University of Management. She has also been keeping the position of a Deputy Chairman of the Council for the development of professional project management in higher education and scientific organizations in the Russian Federation. She is a Regional Expert of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives of the Russian Federation and holds the IPMA Level B® certification. In 2019, she was awarded a letter of thanks "for fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity and significant personal contribution to the training of highly qualified managerial personnel». Her scientific area of interest includes strategic planning and regional development programs, neuro project management, neuronet technologies in project management, crosscultural communication. She participates in national and international conferences where she presents her research. She published more than 50 scientific publications.
  • Dr. Vladimir Obradović
    A professor at the University of Belgrade (Serbia), Faculty of Organizational Sciences. In his teaching and research work, he has achieved substantial results: over 80 papers published in national and international congresses and journals, as well as several monographs. For his scientific achievements, he has been awarded the highest scientific rank from Serbian Ministry of Science. Pedagogical results are verified through student evaluations, dissertation supervisions, and support to student organizations. He has been engaged at all levels of education on the following courses: Management, Project management, Strategic management, Change management, Leadership. He also works as a consultant for governments, public, non-governmental and profit organizations. As a leader and trainer, he has participated in a significant number of training, seminars and other forms of educative programs. He participated in several programs of continuing education for business and management university teachers. He is director of the International certification of project managers in Serbia and member of various bodies in International Project Management Association and editor-in-chief of the European Project Management Journal. Also, he is a member of several international associations: SENET (South East Europe Project Management Network), AOM (Academy of Management), ILA (International Leadership Association) and CEEMAN-а (Central and East European Management Association).
  • Danijela Ćirić
    Ph.D. in Industrial engineering / Management with expertise in project management. Currently, she works at the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Department of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management. She has also been keeping the position of the Portfolio Manager at the United Nations Development Programme and an external expert for monitoring and evaluation of the project Novi Sad - European Capital of Culture 2021. Her research interests focus on project management approaches, agile methods, and the factors influencing project success. Danijela is an expert in project management with over10 years of professional experience and she holds a PMP certificate. Danijela was a scholar and a visiting researcher at the Faculty of Economics, University of Split, Croatia, and at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Technology and Economics in Budapest, Hungary. She was granted with highly prestigious Ph.D. Thesis Research Grant from Project Management Institute (PMI), for the proposed research, as one of the three in the world for 2018. She has participated in more than 40 national and international projects. Danijela has published more than 40 research papers published in scientific journals and conferences.
  • Germán Gallardo Zevallos
    President IPMA PERU, Director of the Andean Countries (Bolivia, Peru, Chile and Ecuador) of the Latin American IPMA network and Full professor of the department of Industrial and Civil Engineering of The Universidad de Piura, Lima Campus in Perú. He has been Director of the Master Program in Transportation Engineering for 20 years. He is President of IPMA PERU and Director of the Andean Countries of IPMA LATNET (Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru). Member of the Ethics Committee of IPMA which is an advisory group of the IPMA Executive Board. He holds an IPMA Level C® certification. He is an International Assessor of the Regional Certification Body OCIP and he has participated in evaluation rounds in the andean countries as well as in Mexico, Argentina and Panama. His scientific area of interest includes governance in transportation projects, people competences in project management and in transportation with special interest in the research of the Project Oriented Life and how the universities and higher education institutions can help to do that.​
  • Mohammad Mahoud
    Is currently a Teaching & Research Assistant for the post-graduate construction/ project management students at the MAU. Since 2017, due to the scientific and research background, he is an international reviewer of the Infrastructure Asset Management Journal of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) from the UK and since 2020, he is an international reviewer of the Asian Journal of Civil Engineering (Building and Housing) journal of the Springer. In his professional career, he has been involved with the Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WIFI) as a trainer in entrepreneurship, leadership, and business management based on LENA's learning model (Acknowledged by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Economic, Family and Youth, Erasmus+ & UEAPME). He has been working closely with the Iran PMA since 2013 and has been working on MA’s positions such as interpreter and secretary of the international service of the newsletter, market research expert, host of the summits, as well as a member of the executive team (coordinator) at the National Project Management Day and PE Awards. In November 2016, he was elected by the majority of the central council of the National Young Crew, with the majority of votes for the network's responsibility. From May 2018, following the entry into the Iran YC (Transitional Status), he was appointed as the Leader of the YC by the board of directors of the MA. Finally, from December 2018, Iran YC began to be one of the IPMA YC full members before 7 months. It is worth mentioning that he is the first Iranian to be present at the accredited Jury Individual Prizes of the IPMA: he has been selected as Judge of the IPMA Young Project Manager of the Year (YPMY) Award, the YC Global eCollaboration Competition (GeCCo) and the IPMA Project Manager of the Year (PMY) Award. Moreover, he has been nominated as the candidate for the IPMA YC Chairperson Election. And recently, he has been selected as Judges' Coordinator from IPMA YPMY and LO Management for Asian Countries.
  • Roberto Bruni
    PhD, Assistant Professor of Business Management at the Department of Economics and Law, University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, where he teaches Service Management and Place Marketing and he is member of MarkLab (Marketing Laboratory) and BifeLab (Laboratory on Banking, Finance and Ethics). He is member of Laboratory for Comparative Research in Quality of Life at the Department of Social Communication at Tomsk State University (Russian Federation). He participates in national and international congresses with his own works in the research streams of service management, place marketing and retail management. He published 2 books and more than 60 scientific publications.
  • Hassan Tariq Abdul-Aziz Abueissa
    Ph.D., researcher at the department of mechanics and mechatronics, institute of space technologies, People’s Friendship University of Russia. He also holds a master’s degree in Project and Programs Management from the University of Management in Moscow, where he graduated with summa cum laude. He has overseen the management of several international projects such as the LCC Co. under Huawei project in Oman-muscat, ADIU Co Ltd with ZTE and Ericsson project in Ethiopia, and S&K Co with Huawei project in Ethiopia, focusing on areas such as project management, technical support and coordinating, quality of services and optimization of radio accesses technologies for cellular networks projects. He has also participated in several international conferences, his research interests include digital technologies of project management, research, and analysis of business operations, as well as the innovative development of regions. His current research focuses on the development of a methodology for identifying ground objects of a given type based on the results of remote sensing of the earth, with several articles already published in both Russian and international journals.
  • Annarita Colamatteo
    PhD in “Institutions, Markets and Behaviors”, Department of Economics and Law, University of Cassino and Southern Lazio. Research fellow and professor of Advanced Marketing, in the Master's Degree Course in Management, University of Cassino and Southern Lazio. The main research interests and scientific publications concern the issues of the retailer's brand, consumer purchasing behavior and, more generally, the management strategies and policies of commercial enterprises.
